Vote for words to be added in the next OSPD!

You read it right! Good news! This is our chance to vote for words we want to be added in the next edition of Official Scrabble Players Dictionary (OSPD).

According to the news published on March 12, 2014:

 "Hasbro announced Wednesday that a new word will soon be added to the official Scrabble players’ dictionary — and Scrabble aficionados will have the opportunity to choose which one."

"Sixteen words will advance via fan vote through a March Madness-style bracket that goes live April 2. Selections will be culled from suggestions posted to Hasbro Game Night’s official Facebook page before March 28."

"The word, along with others that have recently entered the English lexicon, is to be included in August’s update to the Scrabble dictionary — the first in nine years."

Also check out Hasbro's Facebook page, Scrabble Word Showdown to be updated of the voted words. It's your chance, don't miss this opportunity. Sixteen (16) words will be selected and one of these could be in your wish lists. Knockout system will be started on April 2, until it is narrowed down to one final word. And that lucky word chosen by Scrabble fans or players will be included in the OSPD5 along with the thousand of new words that will be added based on their previous standard procedure.
